Meditation Classes

There are a lot of daily mediation classes on Zoom now suitable for beginners and for those with some experience.

At the moment I take a couple of classes. The Colchester Buddhist centre has morning and lunchtime classes. You can catch me most Mondays at lunchtime class. I also have a Tuesday morning meditation group based in Wivenhoe. I like to connect with people before they join so send me an email if you are interested in trying that. If you are new to meditation or even just to the group I will give full instruction. We practise the ‘Mindfulness of Breathing (- in the Body)’ and the Metta Bhavana (Development of Heartfelt caring). You can get online instruction for these at:
